Installing the StoreReflect app is a quick process and we offer everyone a free 10-day trial so there is no immediate commitment! Give it a try – we think you’ll really enjoy what it has to offer your online business. Please follow the directions below on how to download our app.
- Navigate to https://login.bigcommerce.com/login.
- Log in to BigCommerce with your credentials.
- Select the store that you would like to download StoreReflect on first. This will need to be on both stores eventually.
- On the left side of the screen, select the Apps tab.
*Please note that if you do not see a list of options on the left side of your screen then the menu is collapsed. You’ll need to click the double arrow icon under the BigCommerce logo in order to expand it.
- Once the Apps tab is clicked you are redirected to the BigCommerce marketplace home page. Click on the blue button in the middle of your screen that reads, BIGCOMMERCE.COM/APPS:
- Clicking that button brings you to a screen like the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store where you can search for and download apps.
- In the text input, search for “StoreReflect”. It should dynamically generate based on what you type so you won’t even need to hit enter. Go ahead and click on our app when it shows up:
- Clicking on our app will bring up a screen laying out some basic information such as a brief description of our app, our app’s features, and our basic pricing information.
- To download our app, click on the blue GET THIS APP button:
- You’ll then be prompted to log in or create a BigCommerce account. Since you already have one, click on Log In and then select the store again that you’re trying to download StoreReflect on:
- You should then be redirected to this screen:
- Click on the blue Install button.
- Now you’ll see StoreReflect listed on the left-hand side of your screen. But you aren’t done quite yet – click the blue Confirm button in order to complete the installation process:
- After clicking the Confirm button, StoreReflect is officially installed! You will be redirected to the StoreReflect Dashboard. StoreReflect is extremely powerful and its simplistic appearance is very user friendly. Please browse the rest of our documentation to understand the setup process, how to start syncs, how to perform backups, and how to restore data from backups!
- Complete steps 1-14 on your second store so you have StoreReflect downloaded in both environments. Once both environments have StoreReflect downloaded, move to the Store Reflect Setup/Initialization Sync section to get your stores connected.
